It is truly the season for giving! Our “Helping for the Holidays” Charity was a success, as always. We’ve gathered such an awesome collection of gifts for our Salvation Army Angels. These gits will be given to the Salvation Army and prepared/distributed as gifts to children in need.
Thank you for helping these precious children have a wonderful Christmas this year!
“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.” – Maya Angelou
Gifts collected for our precious angels for the Salvation Army Angel Tree Charity.
“Love is not patronizing and charity isn’t about pity, it is about love. Charity and love are the same — with charity you give love, so don’t just give money but reach out your hand instead.” – Mother Teresa
As we wrap up our last charity of the year, “Helping for the Holidays”, we’re reminded just how important it is to give to those in need. We collected so many gifts to give to our adopted, precious angels from the Salvation Army. Our HBMH families donated clothing, school materials, toys, and a few other necessities, all which will be given to these small children to help make their Christmas holiday special. Thank you to all those who donated and helped make this charity memorable!
We took the donations to a Salvation Army truck, gathering bags in north DFW. What a generous collection of gifts for families all over the metroplex!
Thank you, Mr. Monty for delivering our canned goods to the Salvation Army, collected from our Canned Food Drive last month.

As part of our Charity of the Quarter, “Helping for the Holidays”, we’ve adopted two precious angels from the Salvation Army Angel Tree. We’ve asked all our families to participate by donating gifts and clothing for these children in order to help make this holiday memorable for them. This is always our most popular charity of the year!
“Charity” has always been a large part of our school community; it’s amazing to witness our families come together and prepare donations for those in need. We believe it’s important to instill a sense of charity and generosity in all our children, in order to help them become responsible, caring members of society. This is truly the season for giving! We encourage everyone to participate in the Angel Tree Charity, and give to those in need!
